Registered voters in Edwards will be receiving a ballot in the mail soon to vote on Edwards Metropolitan District’s Ballot Issue A regarding road, traffic and trails improvements in Edwards. These improvements include vehicular, bicycle, pedestrian and safety improvements. Additional information can be found at www.Edwards-Colorado.org. When there, look in the Edwards Metro District tab and then under the Ballot Issue button.
This is a very important issue to our community and your Board of Directors encourages you to make your voice heard by being sure your vote is counted. If you are a registered voter in Colorado and reside or own property in Edwards and do not receive a ballot by April 20, please contact Cissy Olson [email protected], the Designated Election Official, to request a ballot. Ballots must be received back by May 3, 2016 to be counted. Edwards Metropolitan District and Eagle County have passed resolutions of support for this ballot issue.
