Next Board Meeting November 9 to Discuss 2019 Budget
The November Board meeting will be a general owner membership meeting to discuss the 2019 proposed budget and dues level. Staff is proposing no dues increase for Homestead homeowners in 2019. The 2019 budget meets the reserve study required funding amount and pays for the principle

Backyard Game Night October 12
