The Annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held on Thursday, February 20, at 6:00pm at the Court Club, upstairs in the Group Fitness Studio. The agenda and proxy for the meeting has been mailed to all Homestead homeowners. There are three board positions up for election, and there are three interested candidates: Erin Allen, Kris Miller and Steve Evans. There will be a presentation on home inspections for fire preparation at the meeting. The draft meeting minutes from the 2024 annual meeting and 2025 budget are available on our “Documents” page.
