In this new class exercise and food will never look and feel the same. You can exercise your heart out, but if you aren’t putting quality foods into your body, and eating them correctly you won’t lose a pound. In this 6 week class Nichole will not only lead you through a 30 minute fun (and super effective workout) but you’ll also learn how to eat for your body. You could be eating all the “right foods” but if they are not what your body needs you could be doing more damage than good. Nichole will teach you exactly how to tune into your body needs.
