Ski Conditioning Back Beginning October 5

Ski & Snowboard conditioning is back, with instructor Justin Songer, beginning on Monday, October 5th. Class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm.

Ski & Snowboard Conditioning Class will help you:

  • Get into shape for the ski & snowboard season
  • Prevent early injuries
  • Gain strength, power, endurance, agility, flexibility, balance, and core strength
  • Improve your skiing & snowboarding ability
