Ski Strong Pre Season Conditioning Class

Ski Strong: Pre-Season Conditioning Class

Get ready to hit the slopes feeling stronger, more stable, and more confident! Ski Strong is designed to improve your power, endurance, and mobility so you can perform at your best on the mountain—and prevent injuries along the way. This class focuses on strengthening the muscles most important for skiing, from quads and hamstrings to glutes and core, while also improving balance and joint stability through functional movements. Expect dynamic exercises, mobility drills, and strength circuits that mimic ski-specific demands, leaving you better prepared for carving turns, handling moguls, and staying energized all day on the mountain. Whether you’re a weekend skier or a powder-day chaser, this class is your preseason and in-season advantage. This is small group training at a great price! You’ll receive much more one-on-one time with our trainer Braedan similar to a personal training session. The program is designed to progressively build your strength, stability, and power, so you’ll be ready to tackle the slopes with confidence.
