Homestead is composed of 760 acres, 3 filings of single-family homes, town homes and multi-family housing accommodating a great mix of singles, families, retirees and second homeowners. We have approximately 835 residences and over 400 acres of open space within our planned unit development, and at the center of it all is The Homestead Court Club.

Homestead is packed full of things to do year-round. From family events, fitness classes and tennis tournaments, to our neighborhood parks, beautiful hiking trails, holiday parties and everything in between.
